Logging back on in the storm (lots of lightening, booming thunder, rattling dishes!) to let you know the wait is over. AF arrived.
Power just flickered, better get off. More when I know the plan......

I am the mother of two beautiful miracle children. This used to be my infertility blog, but as we are no longer trying to conceive, this will now be the place I come to talk about the issues in my life - the main ones revolving around my children. My daughter has diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, ADHD, Anxiety and Mood Disorder-NOS. My son was also recently diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger's. Comments are welcome, but I do ask that you be respectful when you do.

Sorry to hear about AF's untimely arrival. New to your blog. Got here through The Stirrup Queens' open bar. I also have PCOS too. Starting IUI#3 soon.
Thank you for your comment yesterday, feels good to know I'm not alone in my twin dreams. You definitely didn't overstep any boundaries, I welcome advice (and sometimes assvice) whenever it is offered. Actually, my husband is National Guard, currently working on base as a Federal Technician. That basically means we don't have Tricare anymore (he was on a full-time contract through the NG) and instead have Federal Blue Cross. R is the one that talked to the insurance people (you have to call, they don't explain anything at all in their paperwork) and they said they don't cover an RE at all- no consult, no testing, nothing because it's a fertility specialist. Fine, I'll have my gyn prescribe some drugs. Nope, he refuses to prescribe me anything because I O on my own (who knows if it's a good O or if my lining is even conducive to implantation, because he refuses to run any other tests). The other gyn's in that office seem just as jackassish, but they're the only office in the county (and they service one county over and part of the county South of us). Loved my old gyn, he was proactive and all about tests and treatments, but he's 3 hours away. Might be willing to make that trip.
Last session of Congress there was a bill to add IF coverage to TriCare and all Federal Employee insurance programs (up to 4 IVF for 1st child, 2 attempts for a second child, including meds and whole lot of IUI), but it stalled and has to be reintroduced into this session of Congress. Haven't heard anything on it recently, but I can always hope.
Sorry about AF. I hope the storm has passed so you don't have to brave electrocution to read your messages. :)
I am SO sorry. Let me know if I can do anything to help.
I'm so sorry this cycle wasn't it for you. Take care of yourself and try to hang in there.
